How do you link a worksheet cell into a day on a calendar? This is in Office
2007 and here is the scenario: I type a person's name in a cell with a date
to the cell to the right. The next 12 sheets are calendar months. What I
need is as soon as I type the date, I need the calendar to populate that name
on that date.

Louisa Ray,

You would need to use VBA code in the change event on your first sheet - but we need to know:

- how you have named the sheets
- where on the monthly sheets you want the name placed

Bernie - I am posting this for someone else but I have a copy of the
spreadsheet. The first worksheet is called Patient Info and the other 12
worksheets are called Jan 09, Feb 09, Mar 09, etc. The one he is working on
is Jun 09. Is there any way I could email the spreadsheet to you?

Louisa,

If it is readily apparent where the name should go, just post a description.

Otherwise, send it to me by replying and making the obvious changes to my
address.

Bernie, I need help with the same issue, but with the 2003 version. I am
only working with one worksheet which is named Data. It was named by
changing the tab name.
