how can i link cells in one row?

Ok, Im making a spread sheet of all cases that my company works on with the
name of the person the case number and what the case is about but I have them
each info in different cells. I would like to link all the cells but have the
data still spaced out like it is. I would like the data to stay connected
when you sort the data differently because I dont always recieve cases in
numerical order. So I would like to be able to have the data sorted to have
everything in numerical order after I am done and all data to stay with its
case number. How can I do that?

Assuming you are using columns A:C(not rows)

Name Case No. Description

Make sure you select all columns before sorting.
