I want to see the column headings as I work down the page. How do I set this
up?

In 2003
Select cell A2
WindowFreeze Panes

In 2007
ViewFreeze PanesFreeze Top Row

And If you use a Table in 2007 your column headers will automatic change to the
table headers when you work down the page. Very nice I think
