Excel 2003 - fill down error
Can anyone help me with this problem?
When I use "Fill-Down" (ctrl-D) and "Fill-Right" (crtl-R) to fill formulas into cells, I am getting the correct formulas, but the values are not correct. Even though each formula has different cell numbers in it, the displayed numbers in each of the filled-down-cells is identical to the first cell in the fill down column. However, if I manually enter each formula (instead of using "Fill-Down" (ctrl-D) or "Fill-Right" (crtl-R), ONLY THEN is each value correct. Also, when I change a value in a cell in a spreadsheet, any cells tied to that cell in a formula DO NOT CHANGE. I have tried reinstalling Excell 2003, but the problem persists. CAN ANYONE HELP ?!? It sounds like you have Excel in manual calculation mode.
Tools|Options|Calculation tab and change it to automatic. NT wrote: Can anyone help me with this problem?
