angling cell along with angled text?

In excel or word 2007, I'm trying to angle the top row of a table along with
the angle of the text. I'm able to angle the text easy enough, but the cell
is still in the original position. Is there a way to angle the cell so that
it matches the angle of the text?

The trick is to simply place borders around those particular cells.

You cannot change the orientation of the cell..........only the text within.

Place a nice bold border around the cell to get the "look" of an angled
cell.
