Moving macro response into a dated list

What I'm trying to do is create a macro where you answer questions about
placing an order and then moving the order down to a list a below and placing
it in with other orders for the same date. For example, I already have
orders for July 1-20 and I get a new order for July 15th. I want to move
this data down in the list with the other orders for July 15th. Is this
possible? Thanks in advance!

I think I'd just get all my input from the user. Then when they're done, sort
the data by the date field (and any other keys).

If it doesn't mess up your other data, it would be easier to have the macro
add data to end of list, and then simply sort based on date.
