Conditional formatting columns

I'd like to add a color to all cells in one column (P) where the value in
that cell exceeds the value in another column (o). Any ideas?

Conditional formatting columns

Select entire column. Then do Format-Conditional format, formula is:
=P1O1
Select desired formatting pattern, hit 'ok'.
