i want to copy-paste data from sheet1 to sheet2 with values & formats but not
formula that is there in sheet1.How can i do this?

If you want to paste formulas as values then
first choose Paste Special - Values then
Paste Special - Formats

If you want to skip the formulas altogether then before copying press F5
and choose Special and then Constants

Select and copy the data in Sheet1. Then select the cells in Sheet2 and use
Paste Special Values and Number Formats, either by right-clicking or by
clicking Edit in Excel 2003.
