link two workbooks
 

i have some date in book 1 (in alpahabetical order) and i want to get those
date in book 2 (not alphabetical)

eg:
Book 1 has following data
siva (a9)
New Order 57(d11)
Others 83(d12)

Anna
Others 26

sanna
New Order 83
Others 12

Bala
New Order 52
Others 26

and go on...

In Book 2
bala(a4) New Orders(c4) sanna New Orders
Others (c5) Others
x(a8) New Orders(c8) anna New Orders
Others (c9) Others

and go on

i need some formula to match book 1 date into book2 data
