Excel 2000

I have Excel 2000 installed. How can I open or view .XLSX files? There
appears to be a viewer for 2003 and above but it doesn't seem to work on my
2000 version.

Excel 2000

Download and install the compatibility pack and you can open the 2007 files
in 2000.

Note: even with the pack, earlier versions are still limited to 256 cols
and 65536 rows.
