Group Time
Hi all, i have an issue with large amount of data...all data contain a time
cell and i want to group the times in intervalls of 24 Hrs devided by 4. As an example group 1 = 00:00 - 06:00 group 2 = 06:00 - 12:00 group 3 = 12:00 - 18:00 group 4 = 18:00 - 24:00 the data is something like this: 00:18 01:29 18:55 Thanks! |
Group Time
Peter,
You can create the group by using a formula based on the time: for time in cell A2, use =INT(A2*4)+1 and then copy down. This will put 06:00 into group 2, not into both.
