simple week entry

if in cell A1 date is given, how can i do week entry of the month in
cell B1/B2.

e.g.
A1=2-APR 09 B1=1st Week
A2=28- Mar 09 B2=4th Week
A3=9-Feb 09 B3= 2nd week
