Is it possible to freeze pane a column and a row on the same excel spred sheet

Try it.

Click in B2 and invoke "Freeze Panes".

Default feeze panes

Hi,

That is the default behavior - the freeze occurs above and the the left of
the active cell when you choose Windows, Freeze Panes.
