Pivot table shows all rows in selection
 

I have numerous similar pivot tables that were converted to excel 2007.
They have the salesmen in the report filter and customer in the row filter.
When I select a salesman in the report filter it shows the customers for that
salesman. Then when I click the customer filter to select specific
customers, some of the files show all customers for all salemen while the
rest only show customers based on the salemens selected in the report filter.
Any ideas on why the files are behaving differently?
