Range of Values with different column selection

I have arranged columns of data. In the first two columns I have chosen the
item to do and the supplier of the service. I need to add a value for the
service relative to the selection of the provider. My data sits in further
columns to the right each column according to the individual supplier who is
listed across the top row. I can arrange to select the supplier but am
getting lost in sorting the data ie cost per supplier.
