Excel workbook crashes when changing data in cell.
 

I needed to create a simple spreadsheet, but recently ran into this when I
tried to do so. I open Excel.....I start to enter information in the
cells......I go back to a cell to make a correction and Excel crashes. If I
open an existing Excel file and try to change data in a cell, Excel crashes.

OS: Windows XP Home Edition
Excel 2002 SP3
