Retail Promotional Tracking & Analysis
 

Does anyone have a good template (or if one exists on the websit) they use in
their sales department to track monthly promotions vs past promotions and vs
competitor activity? It would basically cover the 4 P Marketing Mix: Product,
Price, Presentation, and Placement/Distribution.
