restore previous version of file--HELP
 
sync just overwrote a file I need the previous version of; can I recover the
older version? no other work has gone on with the computer on which the
original file was located.

If you are using Vista, then in Windows Explorerright click on file
namePropertiesPrevious Versions

The computer on which the original file is located is an older XP--does that
mean SOL?

Do you have a backup made? Did you e-mail it to some one(look in sent
folder)?
