Default copy colors from another workbook?

In the prior version of excel, I would do this:

1. Ensure both workbooks are open
2. In the workbook you want to copy the colors to, choose from the menu
Tools Options Colour

3. There is a drop-down box on the Color tab labelled "Copy colors from",
click on the arrow to drop the box down and choose "NAME.template.xls" from
the available workbooks.
4. Click OK

How do I do this in Excel 2007?

Thanks!
