How to create yes/ no box for selection?

hi
options buttons were designed for this.
the options button has a group name property that you can set to control how
the option button work as a group. when you first create the button, the
group property is set to the sheet name but you can change it.
example. the first 2 options button(yes/no) could be set to group1
the next 2 options buttons(yes/no) could be set to group2 and so on.
the above is option buttons from the control tool box(activeX). the forms
options button gave a group name property but you can only set it if it is on
a form. so be carefull there.

Thank you very much for your suggestions

From Form Control Panel, I can create a group area and insert 2 checkboxs
within it, one is Yes and the other is No. Could you please give me any
suggestions on what to do in the next step?

Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you very much for any suggestions
