Pivot Table & 0
Hi all,
This is probably a simple one to answer but you never know, I have created a pivot table based on a selection of data, nothing to bad there but when the pivot table completes all I have for data are (0) and there is data there to be shown, any thoughts on why this is, I have all my titles and they look fine and I have tried alsorts! Thanks Phil |
Hi
Are you summing the data? It might look like numbers but is actually text. Try doing a Count in the pivot table and see if that returns anything. If your 'number' are text, copy a blank, unused cell, select the range of 'numbers' and use Edit/Paste Special/Add. Hope this helps. -- Andy. "Phil" wrote in message ... Hi Andy,
Thanks for that, I'm pulling it through from a SQL table and the formats were a little out, guess just one of those things. Thanks Again, Phil "Andy B" wrote: Hi Are you summing the data?
