Ungroup and Group - Faded out
 

I am working on an Excel 2003 spreadsheet which has groupings. I am trying to
ungroup them. After I choose the groups by highlighting the entire rows I go
down to the draw button. However group, ungroup and regroup are greyed out.
Does anybody know what the problem is? The sheet is not protected.
