What is the best way to set up a mass mailing list of both physical addresses
and e-mail addresses that can be easily sorted?

Probably by putting information in seperate columns, and then recombine the
info if you need it used later.

Using columns A-F,

Name | Street Address | City | State | Zip code | email address

You could then sort by either of these headings.
