Outlook 2007 Outbox

I have Vista and Outlook 2007 with 2 mail accounts running. On only 1
account, messages get stuck in outbox. Webmail works fine and I can send
using Safe Mode with networking though. Message in outbox is in italics.
Firewall is off and no virus protector until this is fixed. ISP says it's not
their problem because I have my own web hosts. Web host has said it's in my
computer or Outlook 2007 itself. Any ideas? This has been 5 weeks now.

This might be better addressed in an Outlook 2007 news group.
