I have the same problem i tried these formulas but i geat a ref error, need

You could use 2 dummy sheets called something like First and Last or Start
and End then add all the future sheets in-between those 2 sheets and use a formula like =MIN(Start:End!W265) -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom "Mike" wrote in message ...
