the spread sheet went blue
 

I was trying to open my spread sheet and the screen went blue. I have tried
to open different spread sheets - the same thing - I tried to restart the
computer - still the same. On full screen it has no tool bars but there is
part of the spread sheet. When I reduce it goes back to the normal display
except the spread sheet is all blue. How do I get back to normal?
