Rounding Up
 

How do i set my calculator to round up, because it is not rounding up decimal
place values. I have Qoutient (31200,102) the answer gives 305 but it should
say 306

Rounding Up
 

Quotient ignores any decimal remainder.

Try this:

=CEILING(31200/102,1)
