Error in Saving
 

Hi,
I've 2 files, one as a reference and the other one has som formula referring
to first one. the 2 files were working well but now when I want to save the
2nd file which has formula there is an error like:
" Excel can not complete this task with available resources. Choose less
data or close other applications"
the reference file has about 6000 rows, and the formulas are not array or
very complex. I have similar two other files that are working well but for
these two I have problem.
Any help?
