Formulas are changing into values

Hello,

I am inputting formulas into a spreadsheet in Excel 2007. I then Save and
Close the application. When I open the spreadsheet back up, the formulas are
changing into values, and I don't want that. How can I correct this?

Tools - Options - View Tab - Under Window Options check Formulas
