How do I add an embeded document into an excel document?

Click INSERT on the ribbon and select OBJECT and in the dialog box click the
CREATE FROM FILE tab. Then browse to the location where the file is located
click the file you want to insert and click the INSERT command button.

You can also click the LINK checkbox so that updates between files will be
automatically dispayed.
