Excel data will not appear, but print preview works
 

I have a file created in Excel 2003 that, when opened, only displays the blue
blank screen. When I hit Print Preview, all the data is there but I am
unable to access it.

Try:
Opening your workbook
Window|Arrange|Tiled
And resize the way you like.

Then save the workbook.
