Hi All,
I have 2 pages covering down until row 84, and the width of these pages goes until column H (including). I only want to print these 2 pages. But I have other data further right of the column H (coulmn I, column V... etc)... they are all in collapsed (grouped) columns... which are not visible. But when I want to print it the print preview shows 4 pages (2 empty). This excel sheet will be a template for people to use... people would really not be using the data in collapsed columns... but they need to be there. How can I just print the two pages but not print the pages which contain grouped columns? Thanks in advance |

Select the exact Range that you want to be printed. Then File =
Print Area = Set Print Area specifies this exact Range to be printed. If I understand your question correctly, this should do it. Excel 2007 will have the feature somewhere on a ribbon.
