Subtract one time from another and get answer in minutes

Does anyone know how to subtract two times from each other and get the answer
in the number of minutes?

Hi

Try
=(A2-A1)*24*60
due to there being 24 hours in a day and 60 minutes in an hour.

Simply subtract them and format the cell as [m]:ss
