Count of Non-Zero pivot table entries
Using Excel 2007
I have a pivot table with 521 rows/5 columns. I want the Count of the number of non-zero occurrences in each column/category. All I can get is the Grand Total. I went into the Pivot Table Field listing and went to the Row Labels box, selected the only field in there and selected field settings. i selected Custom in the Subtotals & Filters Tab and selected Count but it doesn't give me this at all. Does anyone know if this is possible? |

I don't know how you would get the pivot table to do this but you could show
it from the base data by using the conditional sum function. "ogerriz" wrote: Using Excel 2007 I have a pivot table with 521 rows/5 columns.
