Double Click within Cell

I just upgraded to Excel 2007. Previously I had Excel setup so that when i
double clicked my mouse on a cell that was linked to an outside workbook it
would automatically open up that workbook and take me right to the spot it
was linked to.

Does anyone know how to do this in Excel 2007?
