License Necessary?

Do I need a special Excel license to email an Excel Spreadsheet with data to
customers as a bonus for purchasing a book? If yes, could someone tell me
which one or where I get it from?

License Necessary?

You do not require a license to email a spreadsheet if no third party has
proprietary rights to the information in the spreadsheet and if no government
controls apply to the material.
