date range comparision on a criteria
 

I have a date range in A1:A10 dates of holidays
another range B1:C20 contains names of employess and their weekly off day.
my task is:
find any date in A1:A1o falls in the current month
count these dates and find corresponding weekdays.
match these weekdays with B1:c20 range and nullify those matching days from
employess holiday count for the current month.
