Is there a template to double check Lottery scratcher tickets?

I was curious if there was a way to utilize Office to help me double check
lottery scratcher tickets. I have found that often a double check of a
discarded ticket yields an overlooked winner. It seems that if the numbers
could be organized numericaly, and in the case of the bingo tickets, callers
numbers could be placed in their respective coumns - i.e. B 1-15, I 16-30, N
31-45, G 46-60, O 61-75 that it would be much easier to check the ticket. I
hope this request isn't too confusing. Thanks

See if this workbook I posted on another forum helps you...just replace the
formulas with your own actual ticket numbers, put the winning numbers to
check at the top.
