Can anyone help me with a header macro? I would like to combine the macro
suggested in subject : "Prompt user for Customer Name to use info in Header"
with a standard macro for dropping in the below header/footer settings:

LeftFooter - Prepared by: My Name, Time/Date
CenterFooter - Filepath
RightFooter - Page of Pages
CenterHeader - Company Name

Ideally I would like to set the prompt for the CenterHeader (the originally
suggested macro was set for CenterFooter), but can this be done if I also
want to see my Company name above the prompted text? Example:

Good Works Company
<prompted text
