Hlookup function
 

How can I use the hlookup function to look for both TWO values in top
seperate TWO rows (instead of only one value in one top row) and return the
value in the same column from a row I specify?

Hlookup function
 

Insert a third row in which you concatenate the first two. Concatenate the
search arguments to one too. Hlookup in the third row.
