When i am at a cell, how can i highlight respective row and column
 
when i just move my curser to a perticular cell(without clicking on that
cell), i want the row and column containing that cell to be highlighted.

RowLiner appears in view tab of toolbar.
Now how to remove it ?

RowLiner appears in view tab of toolbar.
Now how to remove it ?


Go to the Tools menu, choose Add-Ins to display the Add-Ins dialog.
There, uncheck the entry for RowLiner and click OK. To re-enable the
add-in, do that same thing but check the entry for RowLiner.

How to remove RowLiner from Add-ins dialog box?
