RowLiner appears in view tab of toolbar. Now how to remove it ? Go to the Tools menu, choose Add-Ins to display the Add-Ins dialog. There, uncheck the entry for RowLiner and click OK. To re-enable the add-in, do that same thing but check the entry for RowLiner.
