Can i add columns into a PivotTable report and use vlookup function to import
data from another worksheet?

Could you please let me how if I can do so?

There are 2 question from your add columns in Pivot Table. Do you mean
to say fields? As you can add only available fields not insert of new
columns.

About Vlookup you can use it in separate column and use pivot fields as
lookup values but as you know whenever you refresh pivot your values
will be disturbed.
