I use View, Zoom, Custom 80%
a lot when working on spreadsheets. Is there a way to create a shortcut key or just a quicker way to do this without going through the manual steps of clicking on View, Zoom and Custom and changing to 80%? Thanks for any help! |

an easy way would be to record this step as a macro. you could then assign
this to a button or keyboard short cut. "KrispyData" wrote: I use View, Zoom, Custom 80% a lot when working on spreadsheets. In xl2003, there's a "zoom" icon on the standard toolbar. It's a combobox.
It'll show the current zoom level. You can also use the dropdown to select a new zoom level. But you can also just type the new zoom level into that combobox (and hit enter).
