separate one cell into several cells
I have a spreadsheet report generated by a survey software package, and it
has placed many answers for different questions into one cell in excel. These answers are separated by a colon. is it possible to "find and replace" in someway so that i can separate out the cells with words with colons between them, into several cells? Sorry this sounds confused, it is hard to explain. but basically i have cells like, Tree:plant:grass:house all in one cell. but i want each of these words in a different cell. |
