Excel arrows don't move black box but move the window
In Excel - When you click on a box there is a black frame that form around
it. I wish to move this "black box" with the arrow keys on the keyboard. Instead what happens is the entire excel window moves. In other words, the arrows essentially are controlling the side bars and bottom bar. How do you control this? |

hi
you have scroll lock on. look on the keyboard for the scroll lock key and press it to turn it off. pressing it again turns it back on. the scroll lock key on a qwerty key board is top right.
