Calculated Field in PivotTable
I have a PivotTable in Excel 2003 set up with salesperson name and region
fields in the row area and thier sales totals summed in the data area. Things are working well with that. I am trying to add a calculated field that looks at the region and places one hourly rate for one region and make all the rest display a second rate. It seems as if this could be done with an IF function ( =IF(Region="east",75,65) ) but all results are returned as 65. Can someone help shed some light on this for me? Thanks in advance and have a great day!! |
