Excel 2007 Charts and Call Outs
 

We created an Excel 2007 Chart and have inserted a few Call Outs in the
chart. When moving the pointy section (the yellow diamond) of the Call-Out
so that it points to a particular data series the entire Call-Out moves with
it.

Is there a way to stop this behavior?

I answered my own question. Drawing the CallOuts out side the chart keeps
the object from moving when the pointy end is move/reposition.

Well I found a problem with drawing the shape outside the chart first. When
Copying the chart to excel the CallOut does not go with it.

Does anyone have issues with drawing objects an Excel 2007 charts?
