How do I change a footer format in Excel?
If you are familiar with Excel 2003, here is a great tool that allows you to
use the 2003 menu to find the 2007 action: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/he...491511033.aspx For the footer, in the Ribbon, go to Page Layout. Then click the expander in the bottm right of the Page Setup section of that ribbon. It looks like a little arrow pointing down and to the right. If you click on that it takes you to the Page Setup box and there is the Header/Footer tab. -- Regards, PJ Please rate this post using the vote buttons if it was helpful.
