I think electronic spreadsheet is one that can be edited. With computer
documents when you can give somebody a print out of an Excel document which
is a spreadsheet but they won't be able to modify the document. When
somebody asks for an electronic version they want the file so the can modify
the document or vie it from there computer. Businessmen like to open there
files on a lap top while they are flying.
