Default Excel 2003 How do I determine an age of "?" using a set date as r

I need to determine the age of a player based their birthdate, then compare
their birthdate to a set cut-off date and determine what age group the player
is to be placed in. I have to work with dates from 1900's and 2000's.
Coach is struggling and we're down by 3. . . . So, I'm calling the bull-pen!
